WE SEARCH HIGH AND LOW ON YOUR BEHALF
Once we’re clear on the brief, our Buyers Agents will be pounding the pavement on your behalf, inspecting, reviewing and returning with recommendations. We will also be looking to access exclusive off-market and pre-market opportunities so we can side-step the competition.

WE INSPECT AND SHORTLIST POTENTIAL PROPERTIES
We’ll be inspecting any potential property options on your behalf to make sure they meet your essential criteria. If they get the green light, we’ll then call you to arrange for a private appointment so that you can inspect personally.

Once we’ve found a property that suits you, we provide a full analysis on the local market and comparative prices of the property you’re looking at.
