Here’s how it works…
To get started we set up a video chat or in-person meeting with you to get clear on the investment you’re looking to purchase, your progress to date, and what aspects of the property are most important to you. We then walk you through cash flow scenarios, budgets, ideal areas to invest and the best property types so that we won't waste your time bringing you options that don't suit what you're looking for.
Once we’re clear on the brief, we get to work looking for the ideal growth suburbs based on your budget. Our team provides services Australia-wide, so you can be sure we'll find a great option. We'll then be looking for the ideal property type on your behalf - inspecting, reviewing and returning with recommendations. Our buyers agents will also be looking to access exclusive off-market and pre-market opportunities to side-step the competition.
INSPECTING AND SHORTLISTING POTENTIAL PROPERTIES
We'll be inspecting any potential property options on your behalf to make sure they meet your essential criteria. Afterward we provide you with full reports of the property as well as additional photos taken on site by our team so that you get a full understanding of what the property is like.
Once we've found a property that suits you, we provide a full analysis on the local market and comparative prices of the property you’re looking at. You get an independent view of what the property is really worth to help you draw a line in the sand when it comes to price. We will also engage our expert panel of independent consultants - building inspectors, solicitors etc., to ensure there are no hidden nasties and that you’re getting what you paid for.
Once we're clear on where value sits and what the other side is looking for, we put a strategy together to move forward – what we’ll say, when we’ll say it, where we’ll start on price and how we should present the offer. We'll never make a move without your approval and we also plan counter-offers in advance so we can always stay a few steps ahead.
