We set up a video chat or in-person meeting with you to get clear on the property you’re looking to purchase, your progress to date, and what aspects of the property are most important to you. We’re looking to uncover all the elements that you’re looking for in a property so that we won’t waste your time bringing you options that don’t suit what you’re looking for.
WE SEARCH HIGH AND LOW ON YOUR BEHALF
Once we’re clear on the brief, our Buyers Agents will be pounding the pavement on your behalf, inspecting, reviewing and returning with recommendations. We will also be looking to access exclusive off-market and pre-market opportunities so we can side-step the competition.
WE INSPECT AND SHORTLIST POTENTIAL PROPERTIES
We’ll be inspecting any potential property options on your behalf to make sure they meet your essential criteria. If they get the green light, we’ll then call you to arrange for a private appointment so that you can inspect personally.
WE LOOK FOR "RED FLAGS" AND GET CLEAR ON VALUE
Once we’ve found a property that suits you, we provide a full analysis on the local market and comparative prices of the property you’re looking at. You get an independent view of what the property is really worth to help you draw a line in the sand when it comes to price. We will also engage our expert panel of independent consultants – building inspectors, solicitors etc., to ensure there are no hidden nasties and that you’re getting what you paid for.
WE CREATE A GAME PLAN
Once we’re clear on where value sits and what the other side is looking for, we put a strategy together to move forward – what we’ll say, when we’ll say it, where we’ll start on price and how we should present the offer. We’ll never make a move without your approval. We’ll also plan counter-offers in advance so we can always stay a few steps ahead.
